Recipe: Raspberry and Cottage Cheese Scones
Ok this must be my favorite recipe! I found the recipe here.
I already made this twice. I like them because they are made with whole wheat flour and gives them such a great taste. This is not a sweet pastry and it goes amazingly well with coffee or tea! Yum! I really recommend this recipe to everyone.
And of course it's so easy to make.
Mine does not look so good like on the original recipe but I'm sure they taste as good. Or maybe better ;) heheh...
I didn't use ricotta, I used natural cottage cheese and I didn't have fresh raspberries so I used frozen raspberries.
Now hurry to the kitchen and start baking and then tell me how it went... :)
